Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jeslot platform, you legally and bindingly agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and jeslot as the platform operator. This agreement is governed by the laws in force in Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jeslot platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without any refund. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. jeslot recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately. jeslot will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their own account secure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Jeslot reserves the right to request identity verification documents from users at any time, including copies of identification, proof of address, or other relevant information. This process is in place to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or permanent termination.

Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from using the jeslot platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, systematic bonus abuse, use of automated software (bots), or any action that could compromise the integrity of the platform. Any such breach will result in immediate account termination, and jeslot reserves the right to report the activity to the relevant authorities.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy (MYR)

All transactions on the jeslot platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers (FPX), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods that may be added from time to time. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by jeslot, which may vary by payment method. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Third-party deposits will not be accepted and will be returned after any applicable administrative fees are deducted.

Withdrawals are processed according to the schedule and procedures set by jeslot. Users may be required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is approved. jeslot reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity or a breach of terms while an investigation is conducted. No interest will be paid on account balances during any such hold period.

Account Suspension, Termination & Changes to Terms

Jeslot reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate the account of any user found to be in breach of these terms and conditions, without the need to provide reasons or prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a user has provided a false identity, committed fraud, abused the bonus system, threatened support staff, or engaged in activity that compromises platform integrity.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach and the decision of jeslot management. For non-breach terminations (such as at the user's own request), any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.

Jeslot reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any feature, game, promotion, or service on the platform at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on the official website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All disputes relating to the interpretation or enforcement of these terms are subject to Malaysian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. The official language of this agreement is Bahasa Melayu; any translations are provided for reference purposes only.
